La Cerveza Mas Fina
I just said hi to the next door neighbor, asked him if tomorrow was trash day and admired his delightfully frosty-looking Corona. He said hi and yes, then gave me his beer, which he assured me he had not yet swigged.
See? People here are so nice, they’d give you the beer off their patio table. I gladly took it (though of course I’ll repay). It’s been a Corona day. Actually, it’s verging on a Corona year.

Think you can make it out to Camp Blown Star? I’d really, really like to meet you, and I’m flying in from Chicago.

BTW — info on Camp Blown Star can be found here: http://supergurl.net/?p=827
Leslie, I would sooo love to make this trek and meet you. I mapquested it, and it’s over five hours away, which, I’m afraid is more than my poor, ailing car could handle. I hope you have a fantastic time, and I hope we have another opportunity to meet!

Mmmm. Corona. What exquisite timing you are blessed with, moonbeam, to have encountered the neighbor with the un-swigged beer and asked just the right question!
It was uncanny timing, David! I repaid him with some Coronas this evening– sadly, I was only able to find a five-pack.

Moonbeam! Just saw your comment on my FB page, and I wanted to let you know that I miss you too! I’ve been bad at keeping up and don’t use Google Reader, so I had no idea you’d returned! Welcome back!!!
Awwwww (((((Romi))))). I hope things are going well for you! I don’t use Google Reader either, or else I’d probably know exactly what’s been going on with you. On the other hand, my brain capacity is so taken up by work these days, that I probably wouldn’t be able to keep up anyway. But I’m really glad to see you here.

MB – every day is trash day in Texas. Frosty beer is a fine thing, isn’t it?
Bosquechica!!!!! Hola!!!! So you’ve been to my neck of the woods, I see.
And yes, I’m becoming a frosty beer fan (especially those little mini ones- so cute!). It must be a Texas thang, though I have discovered that I cannot do Tequila, no matter how close to the border I may be.
Fantastic to “see” you!

You want the real cerveza, order a Negra Modelo – sweet and brown. Mmmm. Que rico!
Amo la cerveza del Negra Modelo!
